Withdrawal

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x, meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.

Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus offer is active, unless specifically stated.

7 VIP Program

ck299's VIP Program has four tiers. Regular and active participation on the platform is required to move to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and paid according to a set schedule. ck299 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and payment terms.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

ck299 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members.

Fair Play Policy
